Thanks for stopping by our page to learn more about us. You probably want to know who we are and what we do. In short, we’re just two gals trying to help women become the best version of themselves.
All women have an innate beauty, but most don’t own it. We tend to hide this beauty beneath layers of insecurity and self-doubt. You know that little voice in your head that tells you, you aren’t smart enough, pretty enough, thin enough, fit enough? More often than not, that voice can be bitchy. She tries to come out and protect you, which is sweet and all, but she’s gotta be tamed. That voice can control our life in ways that we don’t realize. She often controls how we interact with family and friends, what we are like at work, how much/little we eat, how often we work out, and what we think about ourselves when we look in the mirror. She can be a real freaking B!
We get it. We’ve been there too. But we’ve learned how to tame our inner critics and take back control over our lives. It’s life changing. Seriously it is! We know you want to know the secret sauce… Right?!
Girl, we are the secret sauce! Ok not exactly, but here’s where we come in. Our mission is to empower women to love their true authentic selves so they can start putting their personal beauty into motion. We help women develop a healthier relationship with food and their body which allows them to become the best version of themselves. And we can’t forget about that bitchy voice; we teach you how to tame her.
So what are you waiting for!? Let's get to know each other a bit better - schedule your complimentary discovery call today by emailing us at email@example.com with your availability.
Single Mom. Explorer. Wine Lover. Avid Reader.
I’m notorious for losing my keys and getting lost. I hate being late, but it does happen from time to time. I love the fall, early morning hikes, bike riding along the coast, that first sip of coffee, and the feel of paper as I turn the pages of a beloved book. I love wine and can spend an afternoon tasting a vineyard’s bounty and harvest. I love the color pink.
I’ve struggled with body image issues and weight most of my life. I never felt pretty or thin enough. In my late teens and early twenties I struggled with anorexia. In my mid-to-late twenties I struggled with binge eating. I went from one extreme to the other. I believe the stress that I put my body through with the dysfunctional eating habits led to other health issues and would eventually lead to leaky gut, IBS, food allergies and a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
It wasn’t until I was finally tired of feeling sick, gaining weight, seeing a myriad of doctors, getting poked and prodded that I took matters in my own hands. I changed my eating habits and started working out regularly. I started taking time to nourish my body and my soul. It’s been a life changing experience. My goal is to inspire and motivate other women to take time for themselves and live a life of good health and happiness.
